Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Cloud Coder platform at cloud-coder.dev. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the platform's infrastructure
- Not upload malicious code, malware, or content that violates applicable laws
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on Cloud Coder (tasks, documents, comments, files). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the platform. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
The Cloud Coder platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Cloud Coder Team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Coder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
