Account Information: Name, email address, and profile image when you sign up via email, Google, or GitHub OAuth.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically.

Project Data: Tasks, documents, comments, and other content you create within the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the platform
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, invitations)
  • Monitor platform performance and fix issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase and Vercel. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Supabase — Database and file storage
  • Vercel — Hosting and deployment
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Google / GitHub — OAuth authentication

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.

  • Access, update, or delete your account data at any time through your account settings
  • Request a copy of your data by contacting us
  • Delete your account, which removes your personal data from our systems

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.

8. Children

Cloud Coder is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
